PT /// A chacina do Jacarezinho, também conhecida como massacre do Jacarezinho, ocorreu em 6 de maio de 2021 na favela homônima, no Rio de Janeiro, durante uma operação da Polícia Civil que resultou em pelo menos 29 pessoas executadas.

Desencadeada pela operação policial "Exceptis", a chacina ocorreu durante conflito contra o tráfico de drogas na favela do Jacarezinho, na Zona Norte da cidade do Rio de Janeiro. Foi considerada uma das operações policiais mais letais do século XXI no estado fluminense.

A ausência de preservação das cenas de crime e a apresentação de pouco mais de 20 armas para perícia, em uma operação que contou com 200 agentes, já revelam, por si só, um descompromisso com a busca da verdade real.

Laudos da necropsia de vítimas e depoimentos de testemunhas obtidos pela imprensa colocam sob suspeita o depoimento dos agentes envolvidos na operação, reforçando as denúncias de fraude processual e execução sumária.


ENG /// The Jacarezinho massacre, took place on May 6, 2021 in the homonymous favela in Rio de Janeiro, during a Civil Police operation that resulted in at least 29 people being executed.

Triggered by the "Exceptis" police operation, the massacre took place during a conflict against drug trafficking in the Jacarezinho favela, in the North Zone of the city of Rio de Janeiro. It was considered one of the most lethal police operations of the 21st century in the state of Rio de Janeiro.

The lack of preservation of crime scenes and the presentation of just over 20 weapons for inspection, in an operation that had 200 agents, already reveal, in itself, a lack of commitment to the search for the real truth.

Autopsy reports of victims and witness statements obtained by the press put under suspicion the testimony of agents involved in the operation, reinforcing the allegations of procedural fraud and summary execution.
